The present invention relates to a novel digital system with smart padlock (BSAFER) for lockout and tagout of hazardous energies, used in industrial equipment and systems and composed of hardware and software, said system being based on the digital LOTO (LockOut & TagOut) platform, a method that guarantees zero energy at the energy points of machines and equipment in industry, of the energies that enable the operation of a machine, in combination with the labelling and tagging of said lockout to identify who is carrying out the activity on the equipment.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau système numérique avec cadenas intelligent (BSAFER) pour le blocage et l'identification d'énergies dangereuses, trouvant une application dans des équipements et des systèmes industriels, faisant intervenir des composants matériels et logiciels, ce système étant basé sur la plateforme LOTO (LockOut & TagOut) numérique, un procédé qui garantit une énergie nulle au niveau des points d'énergie de machines et d'équipements industriels, ces énergies contribuant au fonctionnement d'une machine, en combinaison avec l'étiquetage et l'identification de ce blocage pour l'identification de l'opérateur de l'équipement.
Trata a presente invenção de um novo Sistema Digital com Cadeado Inteligente (BSAFER) para o Bloqueio e Identificação de Energias Perigosas, aplicado a equipamentos e sistema industriais, composto de hardware e software, o qual está baseado na plataforma LOTO (LockOut & TagOut) digital, método que garante zero energia nos pontos de energia de máquinas e equipamentos na indústria, energias essas que promovem o funcionamento de uma máquina, em combinação com a etiquetagem e identificação desse bloqueio para a identificação de quem está efetuando a atividade no equipamento.
