VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER SPANPLATTE SOWIE SPANPLATTE
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Beschichten einer wasserfesten Spanplatte (1), um die Spanplatte besser und vielseitiger einsetzbar zu machen, wobei die Spanplatte Späne aus Holz mit einer Länge von 0, 5 mm bis 50 mm, mit einer Breite von 0, 1 mm bis 20 mm und mit einer Dicke von 0, 05 mm bis 2 mm und wenigstens einen Klebstoff mit einem Klebstoffanteil von mindestens 12 Gew.-% /atro Holz aufweist, mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen der Spanplatte (1), die eine Oberseite (1a) und eine Unterseite (1b) und Seitenflächen aufweist, - Auftragen einer Beschichtung (3), - Aufbringen eines Dekors, - ggf. Strukturieren der Beschichtung (3), jeweils auf mindestens einem Abschnitt einer Oberseite, einer Unterseite oder einer Seitenfläche, sowie - ggf. Aushärten der Beschichtung. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine beschichtete, wasserfeste Spanplatte.
The invention relates to a method for coating a water-resistant particle board (1) in order to improve the usability of the particle board and make it more versatile, wherein the particle board comprises wood chips having a length of 0.5-50 mm, a width of 0.1-20 mm and a thickness of 0.05-2 mm, and comprises at least one adhesive having an adhesive content of at least 12 wt.% dry matter content wood, the method comprising the following steps: - providing the particle board (1) having an upper face (1a), a lower face (1b) and side faces, - applying a coating (3), - applying a decoration, - optionally structuring the coating (3) at least on a portion of the upper face, on a portion of the lower face, and on a portion of one side face, and - optionally curing the coating. L'invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir un panneau de particules (1) résistant à l'eau afin de rendre le panneau de particules meilleur et plus polyvalent, le panneau de particules comprenant des copeaux de bois d'une longueur de 0,5 mm à 50 mm, d'une largeur de 0,1 mm à 20 mm et d'une épaisseur de 0,05 mm à 2 mm et au moins un adhésif, la teneur en adhésif étant d'au moins 12 % en poids par rapport au bois absolument sec, comprenant les étapes consistant à : prendre le panneau de particules (1) qui présente une face supérieure (1a) et une face inférieure (1b) et des surfaces latérales, appliquer un revêtement (3), appliquer un décor, éventuellement structurer le revêtement (3), respectivement sur au moins une partie d'une face supérieure, d'une face inférieure ou d'une surface latérale, et éventuellement faire durcir le revêtement. L'invention concerne en outre un panneau de particules revêtu, résistant à l'eau.

Strukturieren der Beschichtung (3), jeweils auf mindestens einem Abschnitt einer Oberseite, einer Unterseite oder einer Seitenfläche, sowie - ggf. Aushärten der Beschichtung. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine beschichtete, wasserfeste Spanplatte.
