This load-receiving member is used together with a hinge that supports a door-supporting member in a state in which a door is capable of turning, wherein: the load-receiving member comprises a first member that has an upward-facing load-receiving surface and is fixed to the door-supporting member, and a second member that has a downward-facing received surface and is fixed to the door; and during use, the load-receiving surface and the received surface are in sliding contact with one another in a state of facing each other in a vertical direction on the turning center axis of the hinge.
