DUAL CURABLE CERAMIC SLURRY COMPOSITION FOR 3D PRINTING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DUAL CURABLE CERAMIC STRUCTURE USING SAME
The present invention relates to a dual curable ceramic slurry composition for 3D printing and a method for manufacturing a dual curable ceramic structure using same. More specifically, the present invention provides a dual curable ceramic slurry composition for 3D printing, and a method for manufacturing a dual curable ceramic structure using same, wherein the dual curable ceramic slurry composition for 3D printing comprises: a ceramic slurry composition containing inorganic particles and a photopolymerizable monomer, wherein the photopolymerizable monomer is an acrylate monomer having two or more functional groups; and a monomer having both an alicyclic epoxy group and an acrylate group. According to the present invention, a ceramic structure having a complex shape without interlayer delamination and distortion can be manufactured through 3D printing by doubly curing a dual curable ceramic slurry composition by using an acrylate with rapid photopolymerization characteristics and an epoxide-based photosensitive resin with excellent mechanical properties.
La présente invention concerne une composition de suspension céramique à double durcissement pour impression 3D et un procédé de fabrication d'une structure céramique à double durcissement l'utilisant. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une composition de suspension céramique à double durcissement pour impression 3D et un procédé de fabrication d'une structure céramique à double durcissement l'utilisant, la composition de suspension céramique à double durcissement pour impression 3D comprenant : une composition de suspension céramique contenant des particules inorganiques et un monomère photopolymérisable, le monomère photopolymérisable étant un monomère acrylate présentant deux groupes fonctionnels ou plus ; et un monomère présentant à la fois un groupe époxy alicyclique et un groupe acrylate. Selon la présente invention, une structure céramique présentant une forme complexe sans délaminage ni distorsion intercouche peut être fabriquée par impression 3D par double durcissement d'une composition de suspension céramique à double durcissement à l'aide d'un acrylate présentant des caractéristiques de photopolymérisation rapide et d'une résine photosensible à base d'époxyde présentant d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques.
본 발명은 3D 프린팅용 이중 경화형 세라믹 슬러리 조성물 및 이를 이용한 이중 경화형 세라믹 구조체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 무기 입자 및 광중합성 단량체를 포함하는 세라믹 슬러리 조성물로, 상기 광중합성 단량체는 2 이상의 관능기를 가지는 아크릴레이트 단량체; 및 지환식 에폭시와 아크릴레이트기를 동시에 갖는 단량체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3D 프린팅용 이중 경화형 세라믹 슬러리 조성물 및 이를 이용한 이중 경화형 세라믹 구조체 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따라 빠른 광중합 특성을 가진 아크릴레이트와 우수한 기계적 특성을 가진 에폭사이드 기반의 감광성 수지를 이용하여 이중 경화함으로써 3D 프린팅을 통해 층간 박리 및 뒤틀림이 없는 복잡한 모양의 세라믹 구조체를 제조할 수 있다.
