The present invention is directed to a casualty evacuation ecosystem. The ecosystem includes a Casualty Protection Unit (CPU) and a Casualty Collection Point Shelter (CCP), both of which provide shelter, heat, and care for a casualty. The CPU may include an inflatable structure and a waterproof material; at least one inflation port; and at least one heat source. The CCP may include at least one inflatable tent or tent-like structure having at least one portal capable of receiving a casualty protection unit.
