METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A POLYVINYL CHLORIDE PRODUCTS
Method for manufacturing a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) product, comprising the step of providing a PVC plastisol (8), characterized in that - a PVC powder is obtained by recycling and is added to said PVC plastisol, and wherein said PVC powder has a particle size as expressed by the D90 value of below 1 millimeter, preferably below 500 µm, more preferably below 300 µm, or below 150 µm; and/or - a liquid fraction comprising plasticizer is obtained by recycling and wherein said plastisol is prepared at least partially from said liquid fraction.
Procédé de fabrication d'un produit en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC), comprenant l'étape consistant à fournir un plastisol de PVC (8), caractérisé en ce que - une poudre de PVC est obtenue par recyclage et est ajoutée audit plastisol de PVC, ladite poudre de PVC possédant une taille de particule telle qu'exprimée par la valeur D90 inférieure à 1 millimètre, de préférence inférieure à 500 µm, de préférence encore inférieure à 300 µm, ou inférieure à 150 µm ; et/ou - une fraction liquide comprenant un plastifiant est obtenue par recyclage, ledit plastisol étant préparé au moins partiellement à partir de ladite fraction liquide.
