INORGANIC BIOMASS MATERIAL NON-COMBUSTIBLE BOARD AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to the technical field of artificial boards, and provides an inorganic biomass material non-combustible board and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring an inorganic adhesive component, water and a stabilizer to obtain an inorganic adhesive; mixing the inorganic adhesive with a biomass material and a modifier, then dispersing to obtain a mixed slurry; mixing the mixed slurry with an inorganic filler and an auxiliary agent to obtain a mixed raw material; spreading the mixed raw material in a mold to obtain a pre-formed product; maintaining and demolding the pre-formed product to obtain a green body; aging and drying the green body to obtain a semi-finished board; and cutting and sanding the semi-finished board to obtain an inorganic biomass material non-combustible board. The preparation method for the inorganic biomass material non-combustible board provided by the present invention uses a process of compounding a biomass material and an inorganic material, so that the toughness of the board is improved, the brittleness of the board is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the application range is expanded.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des panneaux artificiels, et concerne un panneau non combustible de matériau à base de biomasse inorganique et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à mélanger et agiter un composant adhésif inorganique, de l'eau et un stabilisant pour obtenir un adhésif inorganique ; mélanger l'adhésif inorganique avec un matériau à base de biomasse et un modificateur, puis disperser pour obtenir une suspension mixte ; mélanger la suspension mélangée avec une charge inorganique et un agent auxiliaire pour obtenir une matière première mélangée ; étaler la matière première mélangée dans un moule pour obtenir un produit préformé ; maintenir et démouler le produit préformé pour obtenir un corps cru ; faire vieillir et sécher le corps cru pour obtenir un panneau semi-fini ; et découper et poncer le panneau semi-fini pour obtenir un panneau non combustible de matériau à base de biomasse inorganique. Le procédé de préparation du panneau non combustible de matériau à base de biomasse inorganique selon la présente invention utilise un procédé de mélange d'un matériau à base de biomasse et d'un matériau inorganique, de façon à améliorer la ténacité du panneau, réduire la fragilité du panneau, prolonger la durée de vie et étendre la plage d'application.
