The invention relates to an artificial maelstrom device that can be used to create and control a swirling water movement within seawater, rivers, lakes and floods, so as to make use of its attractive force, suction force and the movement of the water away from its centre by means of a motor (1, 11, 15) carrying a propeller (2, 7, 12, 16).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de maelstrom artificiel permettant de créer et contrôler un mouvement d'eau tourbillonnaire dans l'eau de mer, des rivières, lacs, et inondations pour bénéficier de sa force d'attraction, d'aspiration et de l'écartement de l'eau de son centre grâce à un moteur ( 1, 1 1, 15) porteur d'une hélice (2, 7, 12, 16).
