Embodiments of the present application provide an American damping hinge capable of being quickly assembled and disassembled. The American damping hinge capable of being quickly assembled and disassembled comprises: a hinge cup structure; a connecting structure, the connecting structure being hingedly connected to the hinge cup structure, the connecting structure comprising a bending part, the bending part comprising a hinge arm mounting area, the hinge arm mounting area being provided with a sliding groove having a downward opening, the sliding groove being provided with a slot, and the slot being located at the end of the sliding groove away from the hinge cup structure; and a hinge arm structure comprising a pressing part, the pressing part comprising a fastener. According to the technical solution of the embodiments of the present application, the American damping hinge can be quickly assembled and disassembled, so that the whole hinge does not need to be repeatedly assembled and disassembled when doors and windows are assembled and disassembled, thereby shortening the time for assembling and disassembling the American damping hinge, and improving the user experience.
