APPARATUS THAT MAKES ORDINARY FURNITURE EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT
The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) which increases the durability of furniture, which have a natural space underneath, such as tables and beds of different types and sizes by being installed on-site, and makes them suitable for sheltering under them by carrying some of the loads that may occur during a disaster such as an earthquake; whose size can be adjusted in all three axes by moving its parts and changing their positions relative to each other, which has a modular design and has increased load carrying capacity with shock isolators. They are placed in the appropriate areas of the items so as to make them suitable for use as a shelter in the event of an earthquake in order to support the volumes of the items that already exist in the living and working area.
La présente invention concerne un appareil (1) qui, lorsqu'il est installé sur site, augmente la durabilité de meubles au-dessous desquels est ménagé un espace naturel, par exemple des tables et des lits de tailles et types différents, et qui leur permet d'offrir une protection sous ceux-ci de par sa capacité à supporter certaines charges qui peuvent tomber en cas de catastrophe telle qu'un tremblement de terre ; la taille dudit appareil pouvant être ajustée dans les trois axes par déplacement de ses parties et par changement de leurs positions les unes par rapport aux autres, l'appareil présentant une conception modulaire et possédant une capacité de charge accrue avec des isolateurs de chocs. Lesdits isolateurs sont placés dans les zones appropriées des éléments de manière à les rendre aptes à être utilisés en tant qu'abri en cas de tremblement de terre afin de supporter les volumes des éléments qui existent déjà dans l'espace habitable et de travail.
