A device (1), comprising: a base (10) extending in a machine direction (MD) and a cross direction (CD), having a top face (12) and a bottom face (14) opposite the top face (12), an anchoring strip (30), comprising a bottom (31) comprising interlaced warp threads and weft threads, a plurality of loops (35) extending from the bottom (31), each loop (35) comprising two legs extending from the bottom, and a head forming the opposite end of the loop (35) from the legs, an adhesive (40) securing the anchoring strip (30) to the bottom face of the base (10) via the heads of the loops (35), so as to define a non-zero spacing between the base (10) and the bottom (31) of the anchoring strip (30), the adhesive (40) and the base (10) being formed in separate materials.
