LATCH KEEPER ASSEMBLY FOR EARTH-WORKING BUCKET
A latch keeper assembly for earth-working bucket has a base configured to be secured to a ledge of the earth-working bucket. A dutchman is connected to the base, the dutchman having a contact portion, the contact portion defining a contact surface extending therealong, the contact surface configured to contact a latch bar, a geometry of the contact portion being such that a contact line between the contact surface and the latch bar raises as the contact surface wears. A method of opposing a contact surface to a latch of a bucket is also provided.
L'invention concerne un ensemble cliquet de sécurité pour godet excavateur qui a une base conçue pour être fixée à un rebord du godet excavateur. Un dutchman est relié à la base, le dutchman ayant une partie de contact, la partie de contact définissant une surface de contact s'étendant le long de celle-ci, la surface de contact étant conçue pour entrer en contact avec une barre de verrouillage, une géométrie de la partie de contact étant telle qu'une ligne de contact entre la surface de contact et la barre de verrouillage augmente à mesure que la surface de contact s'use. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'opposition d'une surface de contact à une partie de verrouillage d'un godet.

Un dutchman est relié à la base, le dutchman ayant une partie de contact, la partie de contact définissant une surface de contact s'étendant le long de celle-ci, la surface de contact étant conçue pour entrer en contact avec une barre de verrouillage, une géométrie de la partie de contact étant telle qu'une ligne de contact entre la surface de contact et la barre de verrouillage augmente à mesure que la surface de contact s'use. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'opposition d'une surface de contact à une partie de verrouillage d'un godet.
