Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingungserreger, umfassend eine um eine Rotationsachse rotierbare Erregerwelle, eine exzentrisch zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle angeordnete erste Unwuchtmasse, die derart an der Erregerwelle gelagert ist, dass sie innerhalb eines Umschlagbereiches relativ zur Erregerwelle um eine koaxial oder parallel zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle verlaufende Umschlagachse rotierbar ist und in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung der Erregerwelle relativ zur Erregerwelle zwei verschiedene Endlagen einnehmen kann, sowie eine an der Erregerwelle gelagerte und von dieser in Rotation um die Rotationsachse versetzbare zweite Unwuchtmasse, die unabhängig von der Drehrichtung der Erregerwelle relativ zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle und relativ zur ersten Unwuchtmasse zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Endlage verstellbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Bodenverdichtungsgerät mit einem solchen Schwingungserreger sowie ein Verfahren zum Einstellen einer Schwingungsamplitude eines Schwingungserregers.
The invention relates to a vibration exciter comprising: an exciter shaft rotatable about an axis of rotation; a first unbalanced mass which is arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation of the exciter shaft and which is mounted on the exciter shaft in such a way that it is rotatable, within a swinging area, relative to the exciter shaft about a swinging axis extending coaxially or in parallel with the axis of rotation of the exciter shaft, and that it can assume, depending on the direction of rotation of the exciter shaft, two different end positions in relation to the exciter shaft; and a second unbalanced mass which is mounted on the exciter shaft, can be caused by the exciter shaft to rotate about the axis of rotation, and is movable, independently of the direction of rotation of the exciter shaft, relative to the axis of rotation of the exciter shaft and relative to the first unbalanced mass between a first end position and a second end position. The invention also relates to a soil-compaction device having a vibration exciter of this kind, and to a method for adjusting a vibration amplitude of a vibration exciter.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingungserreger, umfassend eine um eine Rotationsachse rotierbare Erregerwelle, eine exzentrisch zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle angeordnete erste Unwuchtmasse, die derart an der Erregerwelle gelagert ist, dass sie innerhalb eines Umschlagbereiches relativ zur Erregerwelle um eine koaxial oder parallel zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle verlaufende Umschlagachse rotierbar ist und in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung der Erregerwelle relativ zur Erregerwelle zwei verschiedene Endlagen einnehmen kann, sowie eine an der Erregerwelle gelagerte und von dieser in Rotation um die Rotationsachse versetzbare zweite Unwuchtmasse, die unabhängig von der Drehrichtung der Erregerwelle relativ zur Rotationsachse der Erregerwelle und relativ zur ersten Unwuchtmasse zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Endlage verstellbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Bodenverdichtungsgerät mit einem solchen Schwingungserreger sowie ein Verfahren zum Einstellen einer Schwingungsamplitude eines Schwingungserregers.
