PROCÉDÉ DE PROTECTION CONTRE LA CORROSION D'UNE CONDUITE EN ACIER
The present invention relates to a method for preventing corrosion at the interface between a steel pipe to be protected (1) and a steel support cradle (2a) for this pipe (1). According to the invention, this method comprises the steps of: - calculating the lifting force (F) to be applied at a lifting point (P) on the pipe (1) in order to lift it between 0.03 m and 0.06 m with respect to the cradle (2a); - calculating the value of the stress σ experienced by the pipe (1) during lifting; - placing a load distribution plate (6) on the ground, securing a lifting cradle (7) against the pipe (1) and positioning a lifting device (5) between the two; - actuating the lifting device (5) to lift the pipe (1); - inserting at least one zinc sheet (8) between the cradle to be protected (2a) and the pipe (1); - lowering the pipe (1) to place it on the sheet (8).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de prévention de la corrosion à l'interface entre une conduite en acier à protéger (1) et un berceau de support (2a) en acier de cette conduite (1). Conformément à l'invention, ce procédé comprend les étapes de : - calcul de la force de levage (F) à appliquer en un point de soulèvement (P) de la conduite (1) pour la soulever entre 0,03 m et 0,06 m, par rapport au berceau (2a), - calcul de la valeur de la contrainte σ subie par ladite conduite (1) lors du levage, - pose d'une plaque de répartition d'efforts (6) sur le sol, fixation d'un berceau de soulèvement (7) contre ladite conduite (1) et positionnement d'un dispositif de levage (5) entre les deux, - actionnement du dispositif de levage (5) pour soulever la conduite (1), - introduction d'au moins une tôle en zinc (8) entre ledit berceau à protéger (2a) et la conduite (1), - abaissement de la conduite (1) pour la poser sur ladite tôle (8).
