FALL PROTECTION DEVICE FOR MANHOLES
It increases the safety of workers and pedestrians during maintenance and inspection work on manholes (P), preventing accidental falls into the manhole (P). The protection device (1) comprises a metallic structure intended to be attached to the upper edge of the manhole (P), said metallic structure comprising: a base (10) of flat configuration; and a plurality of folding arms (20), joined to the base (10) in an articulated manner and located in a radial arrangement with respect to the base (10); where in a first position of non-use, the folding arms (20) are folded in a folded position, presenting a vertical orientation, perpendicular to the base (10); and where in a second position of use, the folding arms (20) are in a unfolded position, in the horizontal plane, such that their distal ends contact the upper edge of the manhole (P).
La présente invention augmente la sécurité des ouvriers et des piétons pendant le travail de maintenance et d'inspection sur des trous d'homme (P), ce qui empêche des chutes accidentelles dans le trou d'homme (P). Le dispositif de protection (1) comprend une structure métallique destinée à être fixée au bord supérieur du trou d'homme (P) ; ladite structure métallique comprend : une base (10) de configuration plate ; et une pluralité de bras de pliage (20), reliés à la base (10) de manière articulée et situés dans un agencement radial par rapport à la base (10) ; dans une première position de non-utilisation, les bras de pliage (20) sont pliés dans une position pliée, présentant une orientation verticale, perpendiculaire à la base (10) ; et dans une seconde position d'utilisation, les bras de pliage (20) sont dans une position dépliée, dans le plan horizontal, de telle sorte que leurs extrémités distales viennent en contact avec le bord supérieur du trou d'homme (P).
