METHOD FOR PRODUCING AGGLOMERATE HAVING CARBON AS PRINCIPAL COMPONENT THEREOF
Provided is a method for producing an agglomerate which has carbon as a principal component thereof, has high density and high strength, and is produced from a carbon-containing material having a high concentration of coal or a coal derivative and poor caking properties. This method for producing an agglomerate having carbon as a principal component thereof involves: a pulverization step for obtaining coal dust having a maximum particle diameter of 300μm or less by pulverizing coal in an amount greater than or equal to 1 mass% and less than 20 mass% with volatile matter as a dry basis; and a hot-pressing step for obtaining an agglomerate by pressure-molding the coal dust at a temperature included in the temperature range of 600-1250°C, inclusive, in an oxygen-less environment.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un agglomérat qui a du carbone en tant que composant principal de celui-ci, a une densité élevée et une résistance élevée, et est produit à partir d'un matériau contenant du carbone ayant une concentration élevée de charbon ou un dérivé de charbon et des propriétés d'agglomération médiocres. Ce procédé de production d'un agglomérat ayant du carbone en tant que composant principal de celui-ci comprend : une étape de pulvérisation pour obtenir de la poussière de charbon ayant un diamètre de particule maximal de 300 µm ou moins par pulvérisation de charbon en une quantité supérieure ou égale à 1% en masse et inférieure à 20% en masse avec une matière volatile en tant que base sèche ; et une étape de pressage à chaud pour obtenir un agglomérat par moulage sous pression de la poussière de charbon à une température comprise dans la plage de température de 600 à 1250°C, inclus, dans un environnement sans oxygène.
