SISTEMA E MÉTODO CONSTRUTIVO PARA INSTALAÇÃO DE MEIO DE CIRCULAÇÃO VERTICAL EM CONTÊINERES
A construction system and method are described for installing vertical circulation means in stacked containers, such as a staircase (20) and/or an elevator shaft (30). For the installation, an area (110) is cut out in a container (100), in which area is positioned at least one load-bearing structure (10) comprising a body having a cuboid shape formed by metal profiles, said load-bearing structure being fastened to the ground or to the foundation. The load-bearing structures (10, 10a, 10b, etc.) are vertically aligned in stacked containers (100, 100a, 100b, etc.) and connected to each other, so that the additional load is transferred to the ground, without imposing an additional load on the stacked containers (100).
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de construction pour l'installation d'un moyen de circulation verticale dans des conteneurs empilés, notamment un escalier (20) et/ou une cage d'ascenseur (30). Pour l'installation, il est procédé à l'évidement d'une zone (110) d'un conteneur (100) où est positionnée au moins une structure portante (10) qui comprend un corps de forme cubique formé par des profilés métalliques, fixée au sol ou dans la fondation. Les structures portantes (10, 10a, 10b) sont alignées verticalement dans les conteneurs empilés (100, 100a, 100b) et associées entre elles, de sorte que la charge additionnelle est transmise au sol, aucune charge additionnelle n'étant imposée aux conteneurs (100) empilés.
É descrito um sistema e método construtivo para instalação de meio de circulação vertical em contêineres empilhados, tal como escadaria (20) e/ou a caixa de elevador (30). Para a instalação, é efetivado o recorte de uma área (110) em um contêiner (100) onde é posicionada pelo menos uma estrutura portante (10) que compreende um corpo de formato cúbico formado por perfis metálicos, fixada no solo ou na fundação. As estruturas portantes (10, 10a, 10b,.) são alinhadas verticalmente em contêineres empilhados (100, 100a, 100b,.) e associadas entre si, de forma que a carga adicional é descarregada no solo, sem impor carga adicional aos contêineres (100) empilhados.
