An extended multifunctional integrated construction aerial building platform and a construction method thereof. The extended multifunctional integrated construction aerial building platform comprises: a building chassis part (0000), which is composed of an underground floor (0001), a first underground floor (0002) and a ground floor (0003) as a main body; an outer frame part (1000), wherein the bottom of the outer frame part can penetrate into the underground floor (0001) to be fixed, and an upper portion thereof penetrates through the first underground floor (0002) and the ground floor (0003) to reach the high altitude, such that a lifting platform part (2000) arranged on the outer frame part (1000) can perform construction upwards sequentially from the underground floor (0001); a transportation elevator part (3000) and a three-floor enclosure part (4000), which are mounted on the building chassis part (0000); a top dispatching and conveying part (5000), which is mounted on a double-square-shaped frame at the top of the outer frame part (1000); and a bearing tower (6000), which is mounted on the outer frame part (1000) and is used for bearing and fixing a hammer-type pile driving system (7000) and a tower-wall-type concrete pouring system (9000).
