An information management device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a communication unit, a determination unit, and a restriction unit. The communication unit communicates with a first terminal device used as a digital key for restricting and/or releasing restriction of at least one function of a machine. The determination unit determines whether a first user using the first terminal device satisfies a prescribed condition. If the prescribed condition is satisfied, the restriction unit puts the digital key in a restricted state in which the digital key is unable to restrict and/or release restriction of the function.
Un dispositif de gestion d'informations selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une unité de communication, une unité de détermination et une unité de restriction. L'unité de communication communique avec un premier dispositif terminal utilisé comme clé numérique pour restreindre et/ou libérer la restriction d'au moins une fonction d'une machine. L'unité de détermination détermine si un premier utilisateur utilisant le premier dispositif terminal satisfait à une condition prédéfinie. Si la condition prédéfinie est satisfaite, l'unité de restriction met la clé numérique dans un état restreint dans lequel la clé numérique est incapable de restreindre et/ou de libérer une restriction de la fonction.
