LITHIUM LANTHANUM ZIRCONIUM OXIDE-BASED CERAMIC, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND ALL-SOLID-STATE LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY INCLUDING SAME
A method for producing a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (LLZO)-based ceramic according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a sintering step for sintering an oxide sheet that contains an LLZO powder containing the elements lithium, lanthanum, and zirconium. The sintering step may include a first sintering step for sintering at a temperature of T1 and a second sintering step for sintering at a temperature of T2 lower than T1. An LLZO-based ceramic according to another embodiment of the present invention has a relative density of at least 88% and is composed of grains having a size of 1-10 µm, wherein the standard deviation of the grain size is 80% or less of the average grain size, and the grains may have a cubic crystal structure.
Un procédé de production d'une céramique à base d'oxyde de lithium lanthane zirconium (LLZO) selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une étape de frittage pour fritter une feuille d'oxyde qui contient une poudre de LLZO contenant les éléments lithium, lanthane et zirconium. L'étape de frittage peut comprendre une première étape de frittage pour le frittage à une température de T1 et une seconde étape de frittage pour le frittage à une température de T2 inférieure à T1. Une céramique à base de LLZO selon un autre mode de réalisation de la présente invention a une densité relative d'au moins 88% et est composée de grains ayant une taille de 1 à 10 µm, l'écart-type de la taille de grain étant de 80% ou moins de la taille de grain moyenne, et les grains pouvant avoir une structure cristalline cubique.
