Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Absaugung von Abgasen beim Verladen von heissem Asphalt von einer Asphaltproduktionsanlage (1) auf ein Transportfahrzeug (2). Dabei wird der einbaufertige heisse Asphalt in Asphalt-Bereitstellungssilos (3a, 3b, 3c) bereitgestellt und auf das darunter angeordnete Transportfahrzeug (2) verladen. Die Asphalt-Bereitstellungssilos (3a, 3b, 3c) sind innerhalb einer nach oben geschlossenen und nach unten offenen Haube (4) angeordnet, derart, dass zwischen den inneren Begrenzungen der Haube (4) und den Asphalt- Bereitstellungssilos (3a, 3b, 3c) ein im Wesentlichen um diese Silos umlaufender Spalt (12) vorhanden ist, welcher das offene untere Ende (U) der Haube (4) mit dem geschlossenen oberen Ende (O) der Haube (4) verbindet. Während dem Verladen des heissen Asphalts auf das Transportfahrzeug (2) wird am oberen Ende (o) der Haube (4) ein Unterdruck erzeugt, so dass von dem heissen Asphalt im Verladebereich ausgehende Abgase und allfällige von den Asphalt-Bereitstellungssilos (3a, 3b, 3c) ausgehende Abgase zum oberen Ende der Haube (4) transportiert und dort abgesaugt werden. Durch die Erfindung wird es möglich, praktisch alle bei der Bereitstellung und dem Verladen des heissen Asphalts entstehenden Abgase in konzentrierter Form abzusaugen und einer gezielten Entsorgung zuzuführen. Auch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass die dabei abgesaugten kontaminierten Luftmengen auf ein Bruchteil der gemäss dem Stand der Technik sich ergebenden kontaminierten Luftmengen reduziert werden können, was deren Nachbehandlung/Entsorgung deutlich günstiger macht.

The ready-for-use hot asphalt is provided in asphalt preparation silos (3a, 3b, 3c) and loaded onto the transport vehicle (2) arranged thereunder. The asphalt preparation silos (3a, 3b, 3c) are arranged inside a hood (4) that is closed at the top and open at the bottom, in such a way that there is a gap (12) between the inner boundaries of the hood (4) and the asphalt preparation silos (3a, 3b, 3c) which substantially extends around said silos and which connects the open lower end (U) of the hood (4) to the closed upper end (O) of the hood (4). During the loading of the hot asphalt onto the transport vehicle (2), a vacuum is generated at the upper end (O) of the hood (4), so that exhaust gases emanating from the hot asphalt in the loading region and any exhaust gases emanating from the asphalt preparation silos (3a, 3b, 3c) are transported to the upper end of the hood (4) and extracted there. By means of the invention, it is possible to extract practically all exhaust gases arising during the preparation and loading of the hot asphalt in concentrated form and to direct them to a targeted disposal. A further advantage obtained is the fact that the amount of extracted contaminated air can be reduced to a fraction of the amount of contaminated air resulting from the prior art, which makes the subsequent treatment and/or disposal significantly more cost-effective.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extraction de gaz d'échappement lors du chargement d'asphalte chaud d'une installation de production d'asphalte (1) sur un véhicule de transport (2). L'asphalte chaud prêt à l'emploi est placé dans des silos de préparation d'asphalte (3a, 3b, 3c) et chargé sur le véhicule de transport (2) placé en dessous. Les silos de préparation d'asphalte (3a, 3b, 3c) sont placés à l'intérieur d'une hotte (4) qui est fermée dans la partie supérieure et ouverte dans la partie inférieure, de telle sorte qu'il existe un espace (12) entre les limites internes de la hotte (4) et les silos de préparation d'asphalte (3a, 3b, 3c) qui s'étend sensiblement autour desdits silos et qui relie l'extrémité inférieure ouverte (U) de la hotte (4) à l'extrémité supérieure fermée (O) de la hotte (4). Pendant le chargement de l'asphalte chaud sur le véhicule de transport (2), un vide est généré au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure (O) de la hotte (4), de telle sorte que les gaz d'échappement émanant de l'asphalte chaud dans la région de chargement et tous les gaz d'échappement émanant des silos de préparation d'asphalte (3a, 3b, 3c) sont transportés vers l'extrémité supérieure de la hotte (4) et extraits à ce niveau. Grâce à l'invention, il est possible d'extraire pratiquement tous les gaz d'échappement produits pendant la préparation et le chargement de l'asphalte chaud sous forme concentrée et de les diriger vers une élimination ciblée. L'autre avantage de l'invention est que le volume d'air contaminé extrait peut être réduit à une fraction du volume d'air contaminé obtenu avec l'état de la technique, ce qui rend le traitement ultérieur et/ou la mise au rebut nettement plus rentables.
