A cladding panel fastening device comprises: a supporting profile in the form of a U-shaped plate, one arm of which is configured for attachment to a surface that is to support cladding panels, and the other arm of which, parallel to the first arm, contains a horizontal slot; a supporting clip in the form of a plate with bent ends, one end of the plate being bent upwards to form a hook for fastening a cladding panel, and the other end of the plate being bent to form a horizontal ledge, wherein a rectangular slot is provided in the bend of the hook; a clamping clip in the form of a plate, one end of which is bent downwards and forms a hook for fastening a cladding panel, and the other end of which has a rectangular tongue configured to be fully insertable into the slot in the supporting clip; and a locking insert in the form of a U-shaped plate, a first arm of which is bent in the direction of the other arm, wherein the locking insert is configured to be capable of encompassing the horizontal ledge of the supporting clip.
