The pipe cleaner comprises a first handle, a roller, a cable, a driving assembly and a feeding assembly, wherein the roller is rotationally connected to the first handle; the cable is wound in the roller; the driving assembly is used for driving the roller to rotate; the feeding assembly is used for feeding or withdrawing the cable and is provided with an outlet for outputting the cable; an output end of the cable extends outwards from the outlet in a first direction; the feeding assembly comprises rotating bodies arranged around the cable and a rotating mechanism capable of rotating around the first direction; and the rotating mechanism is configured to be able to drive, when rotating around the first direction, the rotating bodies to move closer to the cable or move away from the cable. Compared with a way of driving the rotating bodies by means of pressing downward, a way of rotationally driving the rotating bodies better conforms to an operation habit of a user; and the positions of the rotating bodies can be easily changed by the user holding the first handle with one hand, and rotating the rotating mechanism with the other hand, thus being suitable for the user to operate the pipe cleaner at multiple angles.
