The present invention provides a door frame for a hidden door, the door frame comprising: a first frame that is at least partially inserted into a fixing groove between an open wall body and a temporary door frame provided on the leading edge of the wall body; a second frame that is bent from one end of the first frame and extends toward the door; and a third frame that is bent outward from the leading edge of the second frame. Also, the present invention provides a hidden door assembly comprising: a frame that is fixed along the leading edge of an open wall body and has a fixing groove partially spaced apart from the wall body; a temporary door frame according to one of claims 1 to 4; a hinge, one side of which is fixed to a position at which the door frame and the temporary door frame overlap and the other side of which is disposed so as to be rotatable; a door that is connected to the other side of the hinge and opens/closes the open region of the wall body; and a shock-absorbing member provided in a region in which a door and the door frame come into contact.
