PANELS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS, MIXTURE AND LACQUER
Method for manufacturing panels and such panels wherein the panels (1) comprise a substrate (12) and a top layer (8), wherein the panels (1) are provided with a first pair of opposite edges (2-3) with coupling parts (7), wherein the first pair of opposite edges comprise a first edge (2) and a second edge (3), and wherein the method comprises the step of forming the coupling parts, and subsequently at least the following two steps: - applying a lacquer on the first edge (2); -applying a mixture comprising hydrophobic components on at least a part of the first edge (2), and preferably also the second edge (3); such that the first edge (2) comprises both the lacquer and the hydrophobic components, wherein the lacquer and/or the mixture comprises a wetting agent.
Procédé de fabrication de panneaux et de tels panneaux, les panneaux (1) comprenant un substrat (12) et une couche supérieure (8), les panneaux (1) comprenant une première paire de bords opposés (2-3) comportant des parties de couplage (7), la première paire de bords opposés comprenant un premier bord (2) et un second bord (3), et le procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à former les parties de couplage, et ensuite au moins les deux étapes suivantes consistant à : - appliquer un vernis-laque sur le premier bord (2) ; - appliquer un mélange comprenant des composants hydrophobes sur au moins une partie du premier bord (2), et préférentiellement également le second bord (3) ; de telle sorte que le premier bord (2) comprend à la fois le vernis-laque et les composants hydrophobes, le vernis-laque et/ou le mélange comprenant un agent mouillant.
