The present invention provides an electromagnetic wave reflection panel having low haze and high transmittance with respect to visible light. This electromagnetic wave reflection panel includes a dielectric substrate, and a reflection function layer laminated on the dielectric substrate. The reflection function layer is formed of a resin film and a conductive layer provided on the resin film.
