MODULAR SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM HAVING PROTECTIVE MEMBER
The present invention relates to a scaffolding system including a plurality of scaffolding modules capable of being assembled with each other. Each of the scaffolding modules includes: a frame having a plurality of wire rods interconnected to form a worker accommodation space, and having a scaffold plank part and a plurality of sidewall parts erected with respect to the scaffold flank part; and a protective member having a wooden plate layer, which is formed of a wooden plate body and fixedly provided to cover at least some of the side wall parts of the frame, and a hard elastic layer, which is formed of a polyurea material and applied to one surface of the wooden plate layer. According to the present invention, dust scattering and noise diffusion can be prevented, and even if demolished building debris falls onto the scaffolding module, the protective member with enhanced rigidity can endure the load of the building debris. Therefore, injury to a worker in an accommodation space and damage to the scaffolding module can be prevented, thereby creating a safe working environment.
La présente invention concerne un système d'échafaudage comprenant une pluralité de modules d'échafaudage pouvant être assemblés les uns aux autres. Chacun des modules d'échafaudage comprend : un cadre présentant une pluralité de tiges métalliques reliées entre elles pour former un espace de réception d'ouvrier, et présentant une partie planche d'échafaudage et une pluralité de parties parois latérales verticales par rapport à la partie planche d'échafaudage ; et un élément de protection qui présente une couche de plaque de bois qui est formée d'un corps de plaque de bois et disposée de manière fixe pour recouvrir au moins certaines des parties parois latérales du cadre, et une couche élastique dure qui est formée d'un matériau de polyurée et appliquée sur une surface de la couche de plaque de bois. La présente invention permet d'éviter la diffusion de poussière et de bruit, et même si des débris de démolition de construction tombent sur le module d'échafaudage, l'élément de protection dont la rigidité est améliorée, peut supporter la charge des débris de construction. L'invention permet ainsi d'éviter à un ouvrier présent dans un espace de réception d'être blessé, et au module d'échafaudage d'être endommagé, ce qui permet d'obtenir un environnement de travail sécurisé.
