Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verstärkungstextils eines Faserverbundbauteils, welches eine keramische Matrix aufweist, in welcher das Verstärkungstextil eingebettet wird. Hierbei weist das Verfahren einen Schritt eines Bereitstellens eines Textils mit wenigstens einer Verstärkungsfaser (40) und einer Stützfaser (42) auf. Zudem weist das Verfahren einen Schritt eines Versteifens (16) der Stützfaser (42) auf, wobei die versteifte Stützfaser (42) dazu ausgebildet ist, die Verstärkungsfaser (40) abzustützen, wenn ein Imprägnieren (22) des Verstärkungstextils mit einem Schlicker erfolgt. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verstärkungstextil für ein Faserverbundbauteil, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Faserverbundbauteils und eine Textilherstellungsvorrichtung.

La présente invention concerne des procédés de production d'un textile de renforcement dans un composant fibreux composite qui comprend une matrice céramique dans laquelle le textile de renforcement est incorporé. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend une étape de fourniture d'un textile avec au moins une fibre de renforcement (40) et une fibre de support (42). Le procédé comprend en outre une étape de rigidification (16) de la fibre de support (42), la fibre de support rigidifiée (42) étant destinée à supporter la fibre de renforcement (40) lorsque le textile de renforcement est imprégné (22) d'un agent d'encollage. L'invention concerne en outre un textile de renforcement pour un composant fibreux composite, un procédé de production d'un composant fibreux composite et un appareil de production de textile.
