The invention relates to a modular panel for forming a separating wall in an exhibition space, comprising a frame (10) consisting of two uprights (11) connected by crosspieces (12) formed of profiles having the same U-shaped cross section that open to the outside with a bottom (152) provided with two grooves (153) and spacers (13). The uprights (11), crosspieces (12) and spacers (13) are connected to one another by magnetic assemblies (20, 30, 25). Two sheets for the two faces of the frame - each rectangular sheet has an inner contour that is slightly smaller than the contour of the frame (10) and an outer contour that extends beyond the inner contour to form a fastening band for a snap-on strip bordering the inner contour.

Les montants (11), traverses (12) et entretoises (13) sont reliés entre eux par des assemblages magnétiques (20, 30, 25). Deux feuilles pour les deux faces du cadre - chaque feuille rectangulaire a un contour intérieur légèrement inférieur au contour du cadre (10) et un contour extérieur débordant du contour in- térieur pour former une bande de fixation d'une lame d'enclipsage bordant le contour intérieur.
