A terminal cooperation system (29) causes a mobile terminal (20) having application software (27) that was created for a specific purpose registered therein to cooperate with a stationary interface device (30), thereby making it possible to use the application software (27) via the interface device (30). A connection control unit (45) preferentially connects a key cooperation mobile terminal to the interface device (30), said key cooperation mobile terminal being among a plurality of mobile terminals (20) and cooperating with an electronic key (3) of a usage target (2) in which the interface device (30) is installed.
