The present invention relates to a method for producing a shaped composite, comprising: i) preparing a mixture comprising: at least 30% by weight of recycled mineral wool material comprising an adhesive comprising a phenolic resin, 11 to 25% by weight of hydraulic binder comprising clinker at a content of between 30% and 90% by weight, mineral fillers, and water; and ii) shaping the mixture into a shaped composite. The invention further relates to a shaped composite that can be obtained by a method of this kind, and to a method for producing a mineral wool using a shaped composite of this kind.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un composite conformé, comprenant : i) la préparation d'un mélange comprenant : au moins 30% en poids de recyclats de laine minérale comprenant un encollage comprenant une résine phénolique, 11 à 25% en poids de liant hydraulique comprenant du clinker en une teneur comprise entre 30% et 90% en poids, des charges minérales, et de l'eau; et ii) la conformation dudit mélange en un composite conformé. Elle concerne en outre un composite conformé pouvant être obtenu par un tel procédé, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'une laine minérale utilisant un tel composite conformé.
