COMPOSICIÓN PARA MATERIAL ACÚSTICO INTERIOR QUE COMPRENDE MATERIAL TEXTIL RECICLADO, Y SU PREPARACIÓN
The present invention relates to a composition for forming a material that can be used to form plates to produce panels, blocks and tiles for cladding, with sound-absorbing and/or sound-insulating properties. Specifically, the invention relates to a formulation comprising a component from recycled textile material; a binding, gelling and stabilising agent; a binding and adhesive agent; and a solvent. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining the formulation, wherein the method comprises the steps of crushing the recycled material, mixing the components, moulding and drying. The invention further proposes the use of the indoor acoustic material as an acoustic treatment based on sound absorption and sound insulation that can be used in noise-polluted spaces such as offices, auditoriums, receptions, restaurants and classrooms to enhance the well-being and/or comfort of the users of the spaces.
La presente invención se refiere a una composición para conformar un material con el cual se pueden conformar planchas para producir paneles, bloques y losetas de revestimiento, con propiedades absorbentes y/o aislantes acústicas. Específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a dicha formulación, que comprende un componente proveniente de material textil reciclado, un agente que es aglutinante, gelificante y estabilizante; un agente que es aglutinante y de adhesión, y un solvente; y se refiere además a la metodología para su obtención, donde dicho método comprende las etapas de trituración del material de reciclado, mezcla de los componentes, moldeo y secado. La presente invención propone además el uso del material acústico interior, como un tratamiento acústico a través de la absorción y aislación de sonido, aplicable a espacios contaminados con ruido, tales como oficinas, auditorios, recepciones, restaurantes, salas de clases, entre otros, con la finalidad de mejorar el bienestar y/o el confort de los usuarios de dichos espacios.
La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à former un matériau permettant de former des planches pour la production de panneaux, de blocs et de carreaux de revêtement, à propriétés absorbantes et/ou isolantes acoustiques. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne ladite formulation, qui comprend un composant provenant d'un matériau textile recyclé, un agent qui est agglutinant, gélifiant et stabilisant, un agent qui est agglutinant et adhérent, et un solvant. L'invention concerne également la méthodologie pour son obtention, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de broyage du matériau de recyclage, de mélange des composants, de moulage et de séchage. La présente invention se rapporte en outre à l'utilisation du matériau acoustique intérieur, notamment un traitement acoustique faisant appel à l'absorption et à l'isolation du son, applicable à des espaces à forte pollution sonore, tels que des bureaux, des auditoriums, des réceptions, des restaurants, des salles de classes, entre autres, avec pour but d'améliorer le bien-être et/ou le confort des personnes utilisant lesdits espaces.
