Disclosed is an inflatable structure (1) comprising a tubular textile support (10) made of seamless fabric, said support being covered with a coating layer made of a thermoplastic polymer material and being closed at its ends (3, 4) so as to obtain a chamber sealed to an inflation gas, wherein walls (7) of said chamber have a surface density of less than 1000 g/m2.
