A CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM COMPRISING GROUND PLUGS, COLUMNS HAVING THREADS, AND LOAD-BEARING COLUMN-WALLS AND FLOORS
The disclosure relates to a construction system comprising: a foundation comprising at least one ground plug and a column having threads screwed into each ground plug; a plurality of load-bearing column-walls that join together and serve multiple functions; and load-bearing floors connected to the load-bearing column-walls. A chassis is mounted on at least one column having threads. All of the load-bearing column-walls are connected to the chassis at their bottom and joined together, or some of the load-bearing column-walls are connected to the chassis at their bottom and joined together, and others are joined to those connected to the chassis. The individual components of the construction system, including the foundation, load-bearing column-walls, and load-bearing floors, are designed with inherent versatility and can be used in various structures. However, when combined in this construction system, they offer a particularly efficient and versatile approach to construction.
