The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dwellings with an incorporated roof, said method comprising the construction of concrete parts in the factory, said parts being made up of an inner panel (11, 21, 31) of a floor (1), side walls (2) and a roof (3) of the dwelling (100); the fastening thereof by configuring a prismatic block; the application of a layer of insulating material (22) on the outer face of the side walls (2); the definition of pitches with a layer of insulating material (32) of varying thickness in the inner panel (31) of the roof (3); the pouring of a continuous outer layer (5) of concrete on the outer face of the floor (1), the side walls (2) and the roof (3), so that the roof (3) maintains the inclination of the pitches defined by the layer of insulating material (22); and the application of a layer of waterproofing product.
Procedimiento de fabricación de viviendas con cubierta incorporada; comprendiendo: la construcción en fábrica de unas piezas de hormigón, conformantes de una placa interior (11, 21, 31) de un suelo (1), de unas paredes laterales (2) y de una cubierta (3) de la vivienda (100); y su fijación configurando un bloque prismático; la aplicación sobre la cara externa de las paredes laterales (2) de una capa de material aislante (22); la definición sobre la placa interior (31) de la cubierta (3) de unas pendientes con una capa de material aislante (32) de espesor variable, el vertido sobre la cara exterior del suelo (1 ), de las paredes laterales (2) y de la cubierta (3) de una capa exterior (5), continua, de hormigón, de modo que la cubierta (3) mantenga la inclinación de las pendientes definidas por la capa de material aislante (22), y la aplicación una capa de producto impermeabilizante.
