A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The present invention is a modular multi-story building construction system which has visually exposed structural components and/or panels exposing the structural connections for inspection by building and safety officials. In addition to the exposed components for ease of inspection, the present invention has a unique lifting means that combines a winch and pulley system with a supported post or pole to support the weight of the panels being lifted. Because of the unique lifting system, two adult persons can assemble the modular structures without heavy equipment.
La présente invention concerne un système de construction de bâtiments modulaires à plusieurs étages comportant des composants structuraux exposés visuellement et/ou des panneaux exposant les accouplements structuraux à des fins d'inspection par des inspecteurs en sécurité de bâtiments. En plus des composants exposés pour faciliter l'inspection, la présente invention comprend un moyen de levage unique qui combine un système de treuil et poulie avec un montant ou un poteau supporté pour supporter le poids des panneaux soulevés. Le système de levage unique permet à deux personnes adultes d'assembler les structures modulaires sans équipement lourd.
