A noise reducing structure includes a plastic sheet (10) including a first surface (11) extending along a z-axis and extending along an x-axis, the x-axis being orthogonal to the z- axis; and a second surface (12) extending along the z-axis and extending along the x-axis, the second surface (12) being opposite the first surface; and a plastic noise reducer (100) extending along the z-axis, wherein the plastic noise reducer (100) includes a first portion (110) extending from the first surface (11) forming an angle with the first surface, and a second portion (120) extending from a first end the first portion (110) forming an angle with the first portion (110).
