High-quality construction technology of steel structure of Hubei Olympic Sports Center Complex
The modern gymnasium adopts complex steel structure design, and the originality of steel structure design presents new challenges to the construction technology. At present, it is urgent to seek solutions by combining theory with concrete projects. Based on the comprehensive gymnasium project of Hubei Olympic Sports Center Complex, this paper discusses and summarizes the engineering technical route that emphasizes both theory and practice. On this basis, six key technologies have been innovated, including efficient and comprehensive application of BIM associated with all professional construction, design and construction of anchor type fine rolled rebar self-locking reaming anchor rod in foundation construction, construction of high-precision embedded parts of octave prism cap structure in civil steel structure construction. Some key problems in construction and corresponding treatment measures, including the design of anti-floating anchor bolt and the design of aluminum steel keel, are emphatically expounded. It is expected to provide reference for the construction scheme of various steel structures.
