Fire Safety and Resilience Assessment of High-rise Buildings
In order to better integrate high-rise buildings into the development planning of resilient cities, the concept of fire safety resilience of high-rise buildings is proposed based on the concept and characteristic of the resilience system. And it is fire safety resilience composed of robustness, redundancy, resourcefulness, and rapidity. The evaluation index system of fire safety resilience of high-rise buildings is established according to these four characteristics and defined the specific meaning in the fire scenario, respectively. The weight of the index is determined by the expert scoring method, and the status quo of fire safety resilience of high-rise buildings is evaluated by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. So, the application case shows that the evaluation results objectively reflect the current situation of fire safety and resilience of the high-rise building, and verify the applicability and rationality of the method.
