Application of Coding system in garment Techniques design
Not only for the basic characteristics of apparel attributes, Coding system can also be adopted in the computer-aided Techniques design, and particularly play a very important role in the GST (General Sewing Time) design, it effectively links the information conversion between garment structure and its processing. Through coding of garment structure design elements, it can be more effectively determined their location and Processing sequence, what's more, according to kinds of equipment, types of work, motion analysis, processing database of structural design elements can be created. Coding techniques can effectively link parts of garment structure, processing and production line, at the same time, reach a time balance in production line through calculating standard time and rated hours of working procedures.
