    This paper is based on characteristic of urban transportation in Wuhan, compiles a soft which uses the component of MapX and secondarily develops in Object-Oriented Software VC, and realizes Urban Traffic Flow's Guidance System and Simulation in Wuhan using the method of multi-path with limited traffic flow.
