The rapid development and application of computer network has encouraged the application of GIS which is popular in a wide range and made the research of Web GIS be a focus. There are some problems about the browser of Web GIS. For example, the drawing efficiency is poor, it cannot support vector drawing directly and so on. In order to improve the client's interactivity and real-time performance, This article is on the basis of solving those problems that browser doesn't support vector drawing and rendering slowing, little storage place and the slowing transfer rate, combined with the HTML5 Canvas, Web Socket, Web Storage technology to build a Web GIS real-time client that could improve those problems effectively and help changing users' feelings.
