The optimization design of triple gear-box assembeled with spiral-bevel and helical-spur gears
Aiming at the optimization of volume minimization, to create the optimized model of spiral bevel helical gear which includes 14 design variables, 14 transmission quality constraints, and discrete modulus values on the basis of genuine engineering examples; to construct mathematic functions with good performance as well as corresponding programs, integrate with MATLAB optimization toolbox, realize two kinds of optimization design at the premise of discrete value, and avoid the deficiency in the optimization traditional reducer design which handle modulus as continuous variables. The result drawn from the comparison with the given scheme indicates the volume reduction, material saving, which is of great practical significance.
