Human vibration characteristic and experiment research on man-machine system in dynamic environment
According to the design and analysis needs of man-machine interface in mechanical system in dynamic environment, a 4-DOF vertical vibration model of the human upper body of man-machine system is set up based on multi-body dynamics. The kinetic parameters of this model are obtained by the method of parameter identification and optimization theory (equivalent mass, equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping). The human vibration characteristics from both time and frequency domains are analyzed and obtained according to the 4-DOF model and the transfer function. A biological structure model of seated human is constructed using LifeMOD software, and then it is introduced into ADAMS/Vibration module and the dynamic vibration environment is simulated, and the frequency response characteristic of displacement, velocity and acceleration in different parts of human body are analyzed. The simulation results and the computation results agree well with each other. The experimental research on human vibration was performed on the SA30-S802/ST random vibration table, and the varying trend of the ratio of the acceleration responses to a 0.05g acceleration excitation was obtained. The coincidence between the experimental and computed results validates the correctness and rationality of constructed human model. The above research provides a scientific basis for the design and analysis of man-machine interface in mechanical system in dynamic environment.
