Research on Shipyard HSE Management System Based on PDCA Cycle
Based on the current situation of shipyard HSE management, the problems of poor HSE ideology, lack of perfect HSE management system, and imperfect risk assessment in shipyard management are analyzed. Discussed how to establish the shipyard HSE management system based on the PDCA cycle, follow the operation mode of "plan-implement-inspect-improve", and cyclically solve the problems in the shipyard's HSE management. Through this sustainable and self-improving method, the health, safety and environmental management level of the shipyard can be continuously improved. And with the help of the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method, the relationship between the many complex influencing factors of the shipyard's establishment of the HSE management system is clarified, and the hierarchical relationship of the many influencing factors is analyzed, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the shipyard to establish the HSE management system and the improvement phase in the PDCA cycle.
