CBR Method for Generating Accident Disposal Plan of Hazardous Chemicals
In recent years, with the rapid development of the chemical industry, the production and operation scale of hazardous chemicals have been continuously expanded and the varieties of hazardous chemicals have been continuously increased. Frequent accidents involving hazardous chemicals have seriously threatened the life and safety of the people, caused huge economic losses, damaged the ecological environment and exerted great social impact. The traditional disposal plan is usually decided by emergency commanders on the basis of experience or according to emergency disposal plan. Its pertinence and scientificity cannot be well considered. Due to the complex and changeable situation of the accident site and the limited knowledge of the decision-maker in emergency response, it may be difficult to make a scientific decision quickly. The scene of hazardous chemical accident is complex, and the formulation of the disposal plan is highly dependent on the accident scenario. For example, the selection of the process leakage plugging method should take into account the shape, size, leakage pressure, physical and chemical properties of the leakage material and other factors, so the change of attribute elements has an impact on the disposal plan. In addition, it is of great reference significance to previous cases. If there is any deviation between the current accident and the retrieval case, we will visit the knowledge base or the commander himself to modify the disposal plan, so as to better meet the disposal needs of the current accident. Therefore, case-based reasoning technology is more suitable for studying the disposal plan of hazardous chemical accidents. Based on this, this article on the basis of the theory of the latest research results at home and abroad for reference, the methods such as case reasoning, knowledge element theory are used to the dangerous chemical accident disposal scheme generation, based on previous similar case retrieval, case matching, quickly and accurately obtain the reference solution, to help decision makers, and make full use of the experience of past case knowledge to solve the current problem, access the knowledge base or commander himself to modify disposal scheme, to make it better meet the needs of the current accident disposal.
