Continuous Wavelet Transform OTA-C Band Pass Filter on Field Programmable Analog Arrays
This work presents an OTA-C band pass filter with low power consumption for the analog implementation of continuous wavelet transform (CWT) on field programmable analog arrays (FPAA). The proposed filter is seventh-order OTA-C filter with a balanced structure. It provides a programmable gain up to 23 dB and tunable scale of the wavelet function. The proposed filter implements the Mexican hat mother wavelet at different scales providing different shapes for signal feature extraction. The simulation are done in LTspice using 90 nm CMOS technology to report simulation results of the proposed filter on FPAA in both frequency and time domain. The proposed filter consumed an estimated power of 3 n W.
