AHP Hierarchy Structure for Indicators of Smart City Implementation in Indonesia
The development of technology that is getting smarter makes the innovative concept only applied to various devices but various systems or settings. One of them that has been sticking out is the concept of the city. The idea called a smart city is a concept that presents a smart city arrangement that can play a role in making it easier for people to get information quickly and precisely. Smart city ideas have gained relevance over the years. Smart Cities use digital technologies to improve prosperity and performance, use resources, reduce costs, and engage more effectively and actively with their citizens. Key sectors of smart cities include energy, transportation, clean water, health, and waste. Smart city is one of the innovations that is being intensively built in Indonesia as a step of modernization and technology adoption to the wider sector. Bandung, Banyuwangi, Jakarta, Makassar, Balikpapan and Yogyakarta are examples of cities in Indonesia trying to embrace the innovative city concept. The smart city concept emerged because of the dramatic changes in population in urban areas that prompted citizens, city planners, businesses, and governments to see new visions. This study will compare the application of smart city applied to other countries with Indonesia using Kitchenham’s Systematic Literature Review. Indicators from the field of application of city governance are also very diverse. From the results of this study, I hope that can help find smart city indicators that still need to be developed in Indonesia.
