Analysis of Bearing Capacity and Buckling Stability of Large-scale Corrugated Steel Webs
With the development of PC composite box girder Bridges with corrugated steel webs, it is urgent to study the mechanical properties of large corrugated steel webs with larger span. In this paper, the bearing capacity and buckling stability of 2000 and 2400 corrugated steel webs are studied by means of finite element simulation. Through the finite element simulation analysis under three loading modes, it is concluded that the buckling load of 2000 and 2400 corrugated steel webs is greater than the ultimate load, and the shear capacity and buckling stability of 2000 and 2400 corrugated steel webs are better than that of 1600. Geometric parameters are important factors affecting the bearing capacity and buckling stability of corrugated steel webs.
