Study on properties of inorganic grouting material modified by ultrafine slag powder
Traditional Portland cement grouting materials have the problems of long gel time and low early strength of the stone body, which cannot meet the requirements of quick-setting grouting. Based on the characteristics of high early strength of sulfoaluminate cement, sulfoaluminate cement is used to cooperate with it, and on this basis, ultrafine slag powder, water reducing agent and water are added for modification. Orthogonal experiments were carried out to analyze the fluidity, water separation rate, initial and final setting time of the composite grouting material, and the 1d, 3d, 28d compressive strength of the stone body. The test results show that the water-binder ratio and the amount of superfine slag powder have a significant effect on the performance of the slurry. When the water-binder ratio increases, the fluidity of the slurry increases and the compressive strength decreases. With the increase of the superfine slag powder content, the fluidity of the slurry gradually decreases and the compressive strength increases.
